What you will do

  • Manage complex provider roster creation, submission, and reconciliation for multiple payers to ensure database accuracy.
  • Lead the resolution of moderate-scope issues by prioritizing tasks and driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Act as the primary contact for roster inquiries, collaborating with internal teams and external payers.
  • Provide guidance and support to new and internal employees regarding systems and processes.
  • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years experience in payer/provider operations such as credentialing, provider data maintenance, or claims adjudication.
  • Proven track record of identifying and resolving data discrepancies to ensure high data accuracy.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with CRM/Salesforce technology.

Nice to have

  • Experience with multiple payer platforms and submission systems.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other query languages.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
