What you will do

• Own PLG and self-serve paid marketing strategy across B2B and B2C audiences aligned with acquisition and revenue goals.
• Develop roadmaps for paid acquisition programs informed by data, experimentation, and funnel performance.
• Manage paid channels end-to-end including affiliates, paid social, programmatic, and influencer partnerships.
• Utilize AI agents and automated workflows to accelerate campaign execution and reporting.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing spend and improve conversion rates.
• Design and run structured experiments to continuously improve paid channel performance.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or Canada with eligibility to work remotely from these countries.
• 8+ years experience in performance or growth marketing with exposure to PLG and self-serve models.
• Hands-on experience managing paid marketing channels including affiliates and paid social.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in LTV/CAC modeling and funnel optimization.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
