Salary: $80,000–$95,000

What you will do
- Develop media strategy for integrated campaigns, including always-on paid search, digital acquisition, lead generation, and emerging media opportunities.
- Serve as day-to-day media lead for external media agencies, providing briefs, direction, oversight, and performance accountability across multiple concurrent campaigns.
- Oversee end-to-end media plan execution (trafficking readiness, QA, in-platform setup) and ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Lead ongoing monitoring, testing, targeting, and optimization for always-on and performance-driven channels, establishing an optimization cadence with the agency.
- Manage media budgets and report performance against objectives, targets, and KPIs; support forecasting and planning with media performance insights.
- Collaborate with Brand, Fundraising, Analytics, Communications, and Digital teams to ensure alignment on media strategy, in-flight performance, risks, and learnings.
Requirements
- Must be currently residing in Canada and legally entitled to work in Canada.
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in media planning, execution, and optimization with a strong focus on digital and performance media.
- Hands-on experience managing always-on media programs (e.g., paid search, digital acquisition) alongside time-bound integrated campaigns.
- Proven experience managing external media agency partners, including briefing, performance oversight, optimization direction, and budget accountability.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and translate insights into media actions and recommendations.
- High attention to detail and operational rigor across trafficking, optimization, and reporting.
