Salary: $130,000 USD (base salary, varies by location/experience).

What you will do

  • Own the global paid media strategy and execution across major digital channels to drive qualified top-of-funnel demand.
  • Provide strategic direction for ABM programs, leveraging 6sense for intent-based targeting and account scoring.
  • Lead a culture of structured experimentation to uncover new demand levers and optimize conversion rates.
  • Manage and develop a global team across Paid Digital, ABM, Qualification Intelligence, and Growth Marketing.
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance to align on pipeline goals, budget forecasting, and commercial narratives.
  • Collaborate with the VP of eCommerce to ensure acquisition strategies support long-term customer success and lifetime value.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing with significant director-level experience managing global paid and ABM programs.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada (no sponsorship available).
  • Deep hands-on expertise with LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
  • Proven experience with ABM platforms, specifically 6sense.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience in attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and spend efficiency analysis.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear commercial narratives for senior stakeholders.
