What you will do

• Own the full performance digital portfolio across paid search, paid social, display, video, affiliate, and emerging channels.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to cost-effectively expand the customer base and meet business targets.
• Lead and mentor an in-house team of channel managers and analysts while optimizing agency partnerships.
• Establish and drive a continuous test-and-learn roadmap for creatives, copy, audience targeting, and landing page performance.
• Maintain visibility into attribution modeling (multi-touch, media mix) and deliver performance readouts to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in Boston, MA
• At least 8 years of hands-on multi-channel digital performance marketing experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading performance channel specialists.
• Background in D2C subscription, e-commerce, or similarly considered-purchase environments.
• Strong business KPI acumen (CPA, CAC, LTV:CAC, Payback, Churn) and media channel metrics.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Hex, Invoca, Innovid, and major media platforms (Google, Meta, iSpot, Impact).
