What you will do

• Manage operational health and efficiency of programs, proactively identifying and addressing risks.
• Act as the primary client-facing representative for program performance and alignment on objectives.
• Lead enrollment growth strategy and oversee the enrollment processing function.
• Coordinate event dispatch operations and incentive payments with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams.
• Provide Tier 2 escalation support and develop comprehensive process documentation.
• Mentor Account Operators and Coordinators to foster a high-performance team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management or related roles.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Wrike, Figma, or Miro.
• Technical proficiency with Python scripts, AWS S3, Redash, DataDog, and BI tools.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive operational efficiencies.
• Must be based in the United States.
