Senior Technical Program Manager (Infrastructure): Lead large-scale, cross-functional infrastructure programs to scale and optimize a Work AI platform with an accent on infrastructure orchestration, AI systems integration, and cost efficiency. Focus on designing scalable deployment systems, improving reliability, and driving automation across cloud infrastructure and ML pipelines.
Location: Hybrid, 4 days a week in SF Bay Area offices (Palo Alto, CA)
Salary: $198,000 - $235,500 annually

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end infrastructure programs across compute, networking, storage, orchestration, and AI workloads.
- Partner with engineering teams to define standards for environment provisioning, deployment automation, and configuration governance.
- Develop frameworks for runtime health, scaling, and disaster recovery.
- Drive automation and consistency in deployment orchestration systems.
- Establish metrics for reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate delivery of high-impact programs such as ML infrastructure expansion and infra observability improvements.
Requirements
- Location: Must work hybrid in SF Bay Area offices (Palo Alto, CA)
- 8-10+ years in technical program management, infrastructure, or SRE with 3-5 years managing platform-scale programs.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage ambiguity and align cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of ML pipelines and LLM runtime infrastructure is a plus.
