What you will do

• Provide face-to-face and remote technical support to customers in a professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Support hardware, software, networking, telephony, printers, and AV services.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the successful resolution of desktop-related issues.
• Log and escalate incidents to the correct technical teams for further resolution.

Requirements

• Experience in a Service Desk or 1st/2nd Line support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow for incident and request management.
• ITIL Foundation V3 certification or a willingness to complete relevant training.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Uxbridge, London.
