What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex business change projects from initiation through to implementation.
• Chair Project Working Groups and Steering Committees to ensure alignment and governance.
• Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, and detailed delivery roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, SMEs, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Drive decision-making and ensure projects are delivered on time and within quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering complex business change projects in regulated environments.
• Strong experience in executive-level engagement and stakeholder management.
• Certification in PRINCE2, APM, or an equivalent recognized PM qualification.
• Experience working across both Waterfall and Agile delivery environments.
• Must be based within reasonable commuting distance of Leeds, UK

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or Banking.
