Project Manager (Digital Technology)

What you will do

• Lead the full project lifecycle from discovery, estimation, and solution definition through execution, transition, and closeout.
• Translate customer objectives and technical requirements into scopes, delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and success measures.
• Coordinate internal specialists, customers, partners, and geographically distributed contributors.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resources, schedules, invoicing, change requests, risks, issues, and commercial performance.
• Establish governance through status reporting, steering updates, decision tracking, risk reviews, and escalation.
• Capture lessons learned and improve project management standards, templates, and repeatable delivery practices.

Requirements

• Several years of experience managing digital marketing, digital experience, software implementation, or technology transformation projects.
• Experience delivering projects for a software provider, technology consultancy, systems integrator, or complex transformation function.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, campaign management, marketing automation, content management, commerce, or related enterprise platforms.
• Strong project controls experience covering planning, estimation, forecasting, budgets, dependencies, risks, issues, and change.
• Practical experience with agile frameworks, Scrum, hybrid delivery models, or structured technology delivery methods.
• Professional fluency in English is required; experience working with virtual teams across regions, cultures, and time zones is expected.

• Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Commerce, or comparable technologies.
• Recognised project management qualification, consulting background, or equivalent professional experience.
• Additional European language capability.
