What you will do

• Enhance the dealer post-sale experience, specifically focusing on elevating transport (hirify.global Move) and payments (hirify.global Pay) services.
• Identify and resolve friction points in the dealer journey to increase platform stickiness and reduce cancellation rates.
• Streamline operational workflows by embedding AI tools to build faster and leaner operational frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to implementation, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance.
• Analyze operational, financial, and product data to diagnose problems and uncover opportunities for efficiency and CX improvement.
• Develop business cases, success metrics, and actionable plans for key stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving ability and high agency when dealing with ambiguous, complex problems.
• Deep empathy for B2B relationships and a strong understanding of dealer workflows.
• Experience analyzing data to identify high-opportunity areas and business trends.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives from idea through to delivery.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear, digestible communications for leadership.
• Must be based in London for hybrid office attendance.
