What you will do

• Drive strategic revenue operations for the region, including performance tracking, territory development, and AI tooling implementation.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to commercial leaders, providing weekly forecasting and running country QBRs.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Compliance, and Legal to achieve cohesive revenue performance.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to streamline commercial workflows and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience, ideally combining top-tier strategy consulting and high-growth startups.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data modelling and reporting tools.
• Experience in high-growth fintech, financial services, or technology environments.
• Must be based in London to support the hybrid office model (3-4 days onsite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
