What you will do

• Own performance across revenue, traffic, conversion, margin, discount investment, customer behaviour, and proposition KPIs.
• Diagnose performance drivers and translate insights into clear, prioritised commercial actions.
• Lead market forecasting, scenario planning, and performance reviews, articulating risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
• Use AI, automation, and self-service analytics to accelerate decision-making and reduce low-value manual reporting.
• Shape market strategies and test-and-learn plans across product, pricing, promotion, marketing, and customer experience.
• Track actions through to delivery with clear owners, measures, and expected commercial impact; support P&L management across revenue, margin, and investment lines.

Requirements

• Strong experience in e-commerce, retail trading, commercial strategy, or digital analytics.
• Proven ability to turn complex data into clear decisions and measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong commercial judgement and understanding of key e-commerce drivers.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity, challenging constructively, and making recommendations at pace.
• Able to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong Excel capability; SQL and BI tools are highly desirable.
