What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end analytical lifecycle for key product initiatives to shape the roadmap and feature prioritization.
• Define and evangelize best practices for product analytics using tools like Amplitude to understand user behavior.
• Own product data integrity and partner with Analytics Engineers to evolve metrics in the semantic layer (LookML).
• Serve as a strategic analytical advisor to Senior Product Managers and Engineering Leads to establish KPIs and targets.
• Design and maintain intuitive BI dashboards in Metabase and Hex for scalable, self-service insights.
• Lead the discovery and implementation of a product experimentation framework using Bayesian interpretation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a dedicated product analytics role within a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
• Expert-level command of SQL for complex data manipulation and experience using dbt for transformations.
• Exceptional proficiency in modern product analytics platforms like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Solid architectural understanding of cloud-based data platforms such as Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
• Proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into compelling narratives for executive audiences.
• Location: Must be based in London to support a hybrid working model

• Experience with Python libraries for deeper analysis and simple modeling (e.g., logistic regression, XGBoost).
