Salary: £45,500 – £76,950 gross per year

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of 13 Junior and Senior Analysts to deliver high-quality, actionable customer insights.
• Act as the primary escalation point for clients regarding insight-based concerns.
• Develop and execute engagement plans to build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Oversee projects from conception to delivery, managing resources and timelines effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer requirements are translated into optimal NIQ offerings.
• Identify revenue opportunities for additional products and services based on customer needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an Insight or Analytics function delivering business-driving stories.
• 2+ years of experience in team management.
• Expertise in leading insight projects using multiple datasets, including EPOS and Consumer panel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior audiences.
• Proven ability to create positive relationships in complex situations.
• Experience in change management and strong knowledge of the FMCG industry, retail, and consumer trends.
