Account Manager - Data Center Colocation

What you will do

• Drive growth within existing accounts and develop new accounts in the data center space.
• Manage customer relationships at all levels and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Lead commercial negotiations, manage quote and change order pricing, and update sales activity in Salesforce.
• Oversee account projects and initiatives to maximize Operating Profit (OP) and support site efficiency programs.
• Manage contract negotiations with support from the Flex legal team to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
• Ensure client programs are executed per contracts and achieve KPIs while tracking business risks and reporting to the Flex business.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of sales/account management experience.
• Experience as the primary point of contact for large key business accounts.
• Experience selling power electronics solutions to data center accounts.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing-related business and ability to handle complex technical/functional areas.
