TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager, End Customer Development (Physical Security): Identifying and securing new Enterprise accounts in the South Central region to drive long-term revenue with an accent on strategic business planning and market analysis. Location: Remote (USA). Ideal candidate should be located in Salt Lake City, Utah

Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Identify, engage, and nurture new business relationships to secure Enterprise accounts throughout the South Central region.
  • Conduct deep market analysis to develop strategic business plans and focused account objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting and meetings to final revenue realization.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to compile market feedback for future product development.
  • Represent the company through public speaking, tradeshow participation, and industry association involvement.
  • Sell the full product portfolio, including Physical Access Control, Network Audio, and Intercom systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within video and physical security markets.
  • Expert knowledge of the physical security market, including VMS, servers, and hardware/software solutions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel 50% - 75% of the time.
  • Strong technical aptitude and exceptional communication and presentation skills.
