Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 OTE

What you will do
- Identify, engage, and nurture new business relationships to secure Enterprise accounts throughout the South Central region.
- Conduct deep market analysis to develop strategic business plans and focused account objectives.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting and meetings to final revenue realization.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to compile market feedback for future product development.
- Represent the company through public speaking, tradeshow participation, and industry association involvement.
- Sell the full product portfolio, including Physical Access Control, Network Audio, and Intercom systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within video and physical security markets.
- Expert knowledge of the physical security market, including VMS, servers, and hardware/software solutions.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Ability to travel 50% - 75% of the time.
- Strong technical aptitude and exceptional communication and presentation skills.
