Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do
- Drive regional revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and personal sales performance using Salesforce and Strategic Selling methodologies.
- Identify customer challenges and deliver tailored solutions across the portfolio to increase win rates.
- Analyze customer trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to optimize engagement strategies.
- Build and maintain multi-level executive relationships with customers and distribution partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to deliver business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B or solution-based sales experience with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Expertise in Account Planning, Funnel Management, and CRM (Salesforce).
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Fluent English at a business professional level.
