What you will do

  • Manage implementation of large and complex programs and provide overall leadership to one or more project teams.
  • Own capacity planning & utilization models and insights; drive staffing plan influence without owning staffing plans or direct people management initially.
  • Act as front-line contact for program activities, issues, and risks; manage risks/issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Define program governance (controls), plan the overall program, and perform daily program management across the program lifecycle.
  • Manage program budget and financial performance; partner with business leaders and finance to develop ROI and other financial measures.
  • Coordinate projects and interdependencies; manage supplier/vendor relationships and stakeholders’ communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of project/program management experience running large-scale, distributed/complex projects with multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Proven ability to build and lead integrated teams across multiple sites and coordinate cross-geographical projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills; ability to make independent decisions and assume higher-level leadership in critical situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including executive-level reporting and escalation experience.
  • Experience with organizational change management.

Nice to have

  • Power BI and data modeling experience.
  • Experience with AI in workforce planning context.
