What you will do

• Act as an expert consultant and seamless extension of the client team.
• Deliver multiple concurrent projects on time and within budget while meeting creative expectations.
• Collaborate with account, creative, design, and technical teams to define requirements and logistics.
• Manage day-to-day production, including schedules, project scope, and risk identification.
• Negotiate and manage outside vendor contracts to execute the creative vision.
• Mentor and manage junior-level production staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management specifically within event and experience production.
• Strong financial acumen for building complex budgets and revenue projections.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience guiding or managing junior team members.
• Must be based in New York, NY and able to work from the office an average of 4 days a week.
