What you will do

• Drive full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing for diverse business teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and execute targeted recruitment strategies.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial application through onboarding.
• Facilitate structured, competency-based interviews to ensure unbiased and values-driven hiring.
• Maintain alignment with cross-functional stakeholders through regular check-ins and process optimization.
• Advise hiring teams on market trends and talent strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house, full-cycle recruiting experience in business functions like Finance, Sales, or Growth.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a complex organization.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of DEI best practices and competency-based interviewing.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Gem sourcing platform is strongly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
