Location: Must be based in Sandy, UT (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and product-focused roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and conduct interviews.
• Maintain the Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accurate candidate tracking and compliance with legal standards.
• Oversee the job requisition process, including budget approvals and job description validation.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact to final disposition.
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate pre-hire paperwork, including background and drug screenings.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Sandy, UT.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
• Working knowledge of employment law related to hiring and interviewing.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and HRIS systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proactive, coachable mindset.
