What you will do

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for high-impact roles in software engineering and platform development.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop strategic hiring plans using talent insights and market trends.
• Proactively build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill, high-skill technical positions in competitive markets.
• Optimize process efficiency by utilizing Greenhouse ATS and analyzing recruiting funnel metrics.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices to build diverse, high-performing teams.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the tech organization at industry events and touchpoints.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting within software or product-centric environments.
• Working knowledge of programming languages, system architecture, and modern development workflows.
• Proven success in hiring for hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced tech organizations.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS and translating recruitment data into action.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to guide and influence leaders.
• Ability to work flexibly across different time zones.
