What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for B2B functions including Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and B2B Marketing.
  • Build and manage pipelines for roles ranging from individual contributors to Director level and above.
  • Partner with hiring managers to draft job descriptions, define scorecards, and calibrate candidate profiles.
  • Drive proactive sourcing and outbound engagement using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, GEM, and AI platforms.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders regarding market insights, talent availability, and compensation.
  • Develop a compelling narrative for hirify.global Business, Smart Fridges, and Medically Tailored Meals (MTM).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on B2B GTM roles.
  • Proven success hiring for high-growth, product-led, or marketplace businesses.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales and revenue organization structures (enterprise and mid-market).
  • Hands-on expertise with sourcing tools and ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting in food tech, health tech, or B2B SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with North American and LATAM talent markets.
  • Exposure to healthcare-related hiring, specifically value-based care models or MTM.
  • Conversational Spanish proficiency.
