What you will do

• Provide operational oversight for the US Majors segment, acting as a strategic advisor to senior field leadership.
• Use AI and data platforms (Salesforce, Sigma, Snowflake) to audit business health and deliver executive-level insights.
• Architect precise forecasts and track KPIs to ensure revenue targets and strategic milestones are met.
• Bridge the gap between SE leadership and Sales Operations to synchronize technical efforts with GTM objectives.
• Establish and scale regional operational standards and communication frameworks for the theater.
• Collaborate with Global Field Operations to deploy international initiatives aligned with the CRO's objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting a GTM or Sales organization in a senior strategic or operational leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of partnering directly with VP-level or above executives.
• Experience delivering large-scale global programs within matrixed, multinational organizations.
• Strong command of business analytics and data tools to synthesize complex data into executive insights.
• Exceptional communication skills for influencing C-suite and senior VP audiences.
