What you will do

• Build automation for employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding workflows to reduce manual touchpoints.
• Develop response and task-execution logic for a Slack-based IT support bot to resolve user issues automatically.
• Implement governance automations to ensure platform compliance without manual intervention.
• Build alerting pipelines for compliance drift and escalate issues to platform owners.
• Partner with the IAM team to build integrations for access reviews and provisioning into various applications.
• Implement full audit logging on all automated resolutions to ensure traceability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of experience (or advanced degree with 2+ years).
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript for production automation.
• Experience with Bash/shell scripting for systems-level tasks.
• Experience with event-driven architectures (webhooks, message queues) and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Experience building LLM-driven automations and auditable, event-logged systems.
• Familiarity with OAuth2.0/OIDC and API authentication patterns.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with prompt-based orchestration frameworks.
• Understanding of identity and access management concepts (SCIM).
• Experience in IT operations, corporate engineering, or platform engineering environments.
