What you will do

• Execute physical relocations, installations, and configurations of workstations, IP phones, and network routers.
• Provide end-to-end support for desktop devices, software applications, and multi-platform server environments.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs for hardware and network connectivity issues across various sites.
• Participate in scheduled off-hours maintenance, weekend work, and rotating on-call support.
• Interface with end-users and project teams, providing clear technical updates and maintaining detailed documentation.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of formal IT training, or 3+ years of equivalent hands-on enterprise IT experience.
• Solid foundation in Windows workstations and advanced hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Basic working knowledge of networking concepts, server platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Detroit, MI.
• Willingness to travel, work weekends, handle off-hour shifts, and participate in on-call rotations.

Nice to have

• CompTIA A+ Certification.
• Experience in high-throughput, mission-critical environments (e.g., logistics, transportation, or multi-site retail).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
