What you will do

• Triage and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, and Android.
• Administer core SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, and Atlassian.
• Manage employee lifecycle workflows, including onboarding, offboarding, and access management.
• Develop and maintain internal documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks using Bash and Python.
• Provide hands-on support for AV systems, conference rooms, and on-site technology.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of hands-on IT support experience in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA for hybrid office attendance.
• Expertise in macOS endpoint support and Google Workspace administration.
• Experience with Slack administration and various SaaS tool management.
• Knowledge of identity and access fundamentals (SSO, MFA) and MDM concepts.
• Proficiency in basic scripting with Bash or Python for automation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with zero-trust security and endpoint security tooling.
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
• Experience leading IT projects like migrations or tool rollouts.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve team productivity.
