What you will do

• Build and lead the TA operations function, including systems, tools, workflows, and reporting.
• Own the recruiting tech stack, including ATS configuration, integrations, and vendor management.
• Modernize operations through automation and the thoughtful implementation of AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Lead recruiting coordination to ensure a high-quality, efficient candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Develop and maintain TA metrics, dashboards, and insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in People, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure scalable and compliant processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY
• Proven experience building or leading TA operations in a hyper-growth technical startup environment.
• Deep expertise in ATS architecture, recruiting workflows, and operational infrastructure.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of building reporting frameworks and metrics.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to modernize recruiting through process improvement and automation.
