Salary: USD $130,900–$277,200 per year across the U.S.; USD $165,600–$303,600 per year in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area.

What you will do

• Lead and develop the HR Consulting team through organizational transformation.
• Provide senior oversight for complex, high-risk, and high-visibility employee relations matters.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, Legal, Security, Communications, and business leaders.
• Guide enterprise HR programs, operating-model improvements, and organizational health initiatives.
• Set the consulting strategy and translate regional trends into recommendations for HR and business leadership.
• Drive responsible adoption of AI-enabled, digital, automated, and analytics-supported HR solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of HR or business programs/processes experience, or a master’s degree with 6+ years, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 5+ years of employee relations experience in complex, multi-country environments.
• Experience advising senior and executive business leaders on HR programs, organizational health, and sensitive employee matters.
• Experience with HR strategy, organizational design, change impact, and enterprise HR program execution.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of experience or master’s degree with 12+ years of experience.
• Experience using AI, digital tools, automation, listening systems, analytics, or data-driven decision-making in HR.
