Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $102,000 - $130,000 annually

What you will do

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue accounting close processes for assigned areas
• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and flux analysis for revenue and accounts receivable
• Manage full accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and billing portals
• Respond to customer inquiries related to invoices, payments, and taxation
• Manage order to cash process ensuring proper revenue recognition and compliance
• Partner with FP&A, Billing, Analytics, Revenue Operations, Support, and Sales teams
• Assist with preparation for annual financial statement audits

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of revenue accounting experience
• Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

• CPA certification with Big 4 experience
• Experience with Stripe, Salesforce, and FloQast
• Experience with usage-based or consumption-based revenue models
