What you will do

• Process billing inquiries and verify daily invoices according to finance policies and approval standards.
• Handle internal requests for address changes, account terminations, reactivations, and rate changes.
• Manage complex draft and recurring invoices and support collection activities.
• Collaborate with legal, product, and pricing teams on contracts and the implementation of new product claims.
• Execute month-end closing tasks and optimize data flows to ensure accounting accuracy.
• Mentor new team members on best practices and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of prior billing experience required.
• Degree in finance, economics, or business management preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and G-drive, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and superb attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; the company is unable to sponsor employment visas.
