Head of FP&A (SaaS): Leading the transformation of the finance function by replacing spreadsheet-heavy workflows with AI-powered, DWH-native infrastructure with an accent on scalable planning architecture and SaaS unit economics. Focus on automating board reporting, optimizing revenue planning (ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV), and building self-service financial visibility for business leaders.

Location: Remote (Global); available to work from hubs in the US, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, or the Philippines.

What you will do

• Lead the FP&A team and define the architectural and operating vision for the finance function.
• Drive the migration of historical data from spreadsheets to a data warehouse to establish automated, DWH-native pipelines.
• Implement AI and LLM tools (e.g., Claude) to automate reporting, detect anomalies, and accelerate insight generation.
• Own all revenue planning, including ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and product-level P&Ls across six products.
• Partner with Product GMs to build financial transparency and self-service dashboards.
• Lead the annual budget cycle and quarterly re-forecasting processes.

Requirements

• 7–12+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant FP&A leadership.
• Experience in a SaaS or recurring-revenue environment, ideally with B2C exposure.
• Proven track record of redesigning financial processes from first principles rather than incremental improvement.
• Strong command of SaaS unit economics (ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV, Rule of 40).
• Experience with data warehouse environments (Snowflake, BigQuery) and SQL proficiency.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI/LLM tools for workflow automation.

Nice to have

• Background in investment banking, consulting, or PE/VC-backed SaaS.
• Experience implementing FP&A platforms like Adaptive, Planful, Pigment, or Anaplan.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Metabase.
• Experience with NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM).
• MBA, CFA, or CPA certification.
