What you will do

• Own end-to-end revenue forecasting and maintain bottoms-up/tops-down models.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to analyze pipeline health and GTM performance.
• Prepare Board of Directors materials and KPI dashboards for PE sponsors and institutional investors.
• Design complex financial models for ARR, churn, retention, and LTV/CAC across various motions.
• Perform deep-dive data validation using SQL and BI tools like Tableau and Looker.
• Support M&A diligence and long-range strategic planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or finance, preferably in high-growth SaaS or tech.
• Direct experience with Private Equity (PE) backed companies and institutional reporting.
• Proven track record of building Board of Directors performance packages.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling and proficiency in SQL.
• Fluency in SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, CAC, and LTV.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• CPA, CFA, or MBA from a top program.
• Experience with Salesforce, Clari, Gong, or planning platforms like Anaplan and Adaptive Insights.
• M&A or transaction diligence experience.
• Python or R for data manipulation and scenario modeling.
