Financial Analyst I (FP&A)

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Fort Worth, TX). Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Analyze financial trends and forecasts to support strategic business decisions.
• Perform detailed data analytics to extract and allocate sub-ledger financial transactions.
• Develop and monitor complex financial models and reporting to provide P&L views.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis for management.
• Conduct time studies as needed to support operational analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in data analytics, forecasting, or P&L reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, charting).
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and understanding of database querying strategies.
• Introductory knowledge of financial tools such as NPV and IRR.
• Must not require visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial analysis software such as Oracle EPM, Oracle EBS, or Cognos.
• Exposure to modern data platforms like Databricks.
• Ability to utilize AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve workflow efficiency.
