What you will do

• Execute the roadmap for a 2-day close process by identifying and automating manual bottlenecks.
• Lead technology assessments for T&E and drive invoicing rollouts across required EU countries.
• Implement AI-assisted invoice coding and PO matching, including vendor evaluation and measurement of automation uplift.
• Optimize and integrate NetSuite, ZipHQ, and Navan modules within the P2P stack.
• Manage and develop a team of AP Specialists, handling performance management and hiring.
• Oversee end-to-end AP operations, payment runs, vendor management, and ensure audit readiness.

Requirements

• 7+ years in accounts payable or finance operations.
• 3+ years leading AP transformation or automation initiatives as an implementation lead.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tool evaluation and making build-vs-buy recommendations.
• Strong ERP background, with NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Proven people leadership experience and change management skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience with Navan, Zip, Tipalti, Ramp, or JPM payment platforms.
