What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Accounts Payable team, managing daily priorities and supporting professional growth.
• Own end-to-end AP operations, including vendor management, invoice review, coding, and payment processing.
• Manage employee reimbursements, bi-weekly payment cycles, month-end close activities, and accruals.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs and leading automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Procurement, Accounting, Treasury, and Tax teams to optimize Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Maintain standard operating procedures and support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable or corporate accounting experience, preferably in a fast-growing high-tech environment.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring an Accounts Payable team.
• Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay workflows and month-end close processes.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite and Zip is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew is required.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv for a hybrid work arrangement.
