What you will do

• Design and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain diverse talent.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers regarding workforce planning and market insights.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for high-demand roles using multi-channel sourcing.
• Strengthen the employer brand through partnerships with universities and community organizations.
• Maintain accurate recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with data-driven reporting.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or have refugee/asylee status due to ITAR regulations.
• 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions.
• Expertise in direct sourcing strategies and modern recruiting best practices.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting databases.
• Strong consultative, influencing, and negotiation skills.
