What you will do

• Drive end-to-end technical implementation programs for internal tools to create operational efficiencies.
• Facilitate continuous planning sessions to align program increments with business goals and priorities.
• Manage stakeholders across Technology, Product, and Solution Architecture teams to ensure visibility and alignment.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage complex dependencies across multiple projects.
• Maintain high standards of data hygiene and reporting using the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Track program performance against goals using data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in technical program management overseeing complex, high-visibility projects.
• BS/BA degree in technical/information science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid understanding of digital certificates, root hierarchies, mTLS, SSO, and SAML.
• Strong familiarity with cloud infrastructure technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one Agile methodology, such as Scrum.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as PMP or Agile Certified Practitioner.
• Previous experience in FinTech or highly regulated environments.
• Hands-on familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Google Drive.
