What you will do

• Act as the primary operational owner and point of contact for assigned strategic customer programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and external partners.
• Build trusted customer relationships through proactive communication, business reviews, and effective escalation management.
• Develop and optimize operational workflows, SOPs, and automation initiatives to improve scalability.
• Monitor program performance via metrics and report actionable insights to internal leadership and customers.
• Support customer implementations, service expansions, and operational transitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, Operations, or Customer Success.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with tools like Jira, Zendesk, NetSuite, or Salesforce.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Stockton, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting enterprise customer programs, managed services, or logistics/supply chain operations.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Lean, or Six Sigma.
