What you will do

• Manage complex end-to-end projects within the E2E Simplification Stream to ensure tangible business outcomes and value realization.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of 4 direct reports, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
• Implement and embed Agile and Waterfall methodologies, tools, and processes across the program.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal teams across HR, Finance, Operations, and Change & Comms.
• Provide structure to ambiguous situations and balance competing priorities with high attention to detail.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager leading end-to-end deliveries.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.
• Experience in customer-focused environments, preferably Retail or FMCG.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership ability to manage, build, and sustain diverse teams under pressure.

Nice to have

• Relevant undergraduate degree.
• Formal project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMBOK, Agile).
• Background in complex commercial transformation environments.
