Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Review and decompose business models, transaction chains, ecosystem structures, and settlement and fulfillment flows.
• Design business models, new business scenarios, market expansion plans, business flow diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
• Develop business solutions, optimization plans, process reengineering designs, standardized platforms, promotional mechanisms, and operating norms.
• Govern strategic projects, key initiatives, and system upgrade programs across their full lifecycle, including initiation, milestone management, resource coordination, risk control, tracking, and delivery acceptance.
• Establish and optimize project management systems, review mechanisms, and delivery standards for cross-border business.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering business progress, milestones, risks, solution value, and decision support for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a PMO or project coordination role.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project, Jira, and Asana, as well as AI tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in an international or fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience in an international or e-commerce environment.
