What you will do

• Manage client engagement calendars, including birthdays, anniversaries, and event logistics.
• Identify new firms and referral opportunities through research and lead generation tools.
• Handle post-meeting follow-ups, rate card delivery, and outbound communications.
• Maintain CRM data integrity in HubSpot, including meeting notes and pipeline reporting.
• Coordinate meetings and execute client drop-offs to maintain relationship warmth.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing operations.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work independently with high judgment.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
• Genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in sales.
