TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (AI): Building pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification for an AI-powered contact center platform with an accent on personalized outreach and effective lead generation. Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA. Requires in-office presence 2 days per week (Mondays & Wednesdays).

Compensation: $96,000–$125,000 (OTE).

What you will do

  • Grow the customer list through personalized emails, calls, and social media outreach.
  • Write effective, compelling messaging to engage targeted accounts.
  • Partner with account executives to generate meetings and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Analyze market research data to develop strategic outreach approaches.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with prospect executives.
  • Achieve monthly quotas for meetings, qualified opportunities, and pipeline generation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of prior sales experience, ideally within the Software or High Tech industry.
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive, high-volume environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with effective prioritization capabilities.
  • Clear, concise, and compelling storytelling skills across written, verbal, and visual formats.
  • Ability to commit to in-office work in San Francisco 2 days per week.
