Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a support function or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
