What you will do

• Own the full records retrieval process, including identifying providers and obtaining complete medical records.
• Manage a high volume of cases while ensuring every record is accurate and on schedule.
• Identify gaps in treatment and verify timelines to prepare litigation-ready files.
• Utilize specialized tools like ChartSwap, DataVant, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zendesk.
• Communicate with healthcare providers and internal teams to facilitate efficient workflow.
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance across all records and communications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in medical records, personal injury, or legal support.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Must be able to cover Monday - Friday Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.
• Proficiency with ChartSwap, DataVant, and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, and litigation procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
