Access Control Analyst (Security)

Location: Hybrid (Fort Worth, TX), 2 days a week in office

What you will do

• Print security badges for employees and contractors and manage related training materials.
• Process and complete access control requests via ServiceNow.
• Investigate errors and anomalies within the access control badging system.
• Administer corporate parking badges and validations for Fort Worth and Las Colinas offices.
• Develop advanced dashboards and business metrics for management using Power BI.
• Partner with internal clients to perform business analysis and process mapping to optimize security operations.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience with global security operations or access systems.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn Power BI.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate Degree preferred).
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in customer service-related fields.
