What you will do

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare providers in Northern California.
• Identify and establish new physician partnerships to expand the referral network.
• Develop and implement strategic account growth plans to drive patient referrals.
• Analyze sales activities using CRM tools (Salesforce) to optimize productivity.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and professional networking events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide market insights and improve partnership efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare provider sales or account management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
• Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
