What you will do

• Manage personnel records, including job history, retirement, insurance, and leave accrual records.
• Resolve employee and manager requests via the FreshService ticketing system with empathy and professionalism.
• Support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities for all employees.
• Maintain high data accuracy and manage employee information within the Workday HRIS.
• Ensure strict compliance with I-9 documentation and federal record-keeping regulations.
• Provide administrative support for processing invoices, purchase orders, and employment verifications.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree and 3 years of HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of Workday is required.
• Ability to clear a required background check.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with FreshService or other HR ticketing tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle sensitive confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
