TL;DR

Human Resources Manager: Oversee HR operations across U.S. workforce and support international teams with an accent on employee relations, compliance, and talent initiatives. Focus on managing investigations, workforce planning, organizational changes, and cross-border coordination.

Location: Atlanta, GA (preferred), Remote/Hybrid - USA. Ability to travel and/or work onsite as needed.

What you will do

  • Oversee core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and operations
  • Advise leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Manage employee relations matters like investigations, coaching, and corrective actions
  • Support talent initiatives: recruiting, onboarding, development, engagement, and retention
  • Partner on workforce planning, organizational changes, and global expansion
  • Coordinate leaves, accommodations, payroll, benefits, and cross-border administration

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent + 5–8 years progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law; experience with international/cross-border workforces
  • Experience with employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and technology setup for remote/hybrid work

Nice to have

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Experience with external counsel, PEOs, EORs, or staffing agencies
  • Familiarity with international labor practices
